The Past Few Months...

The past few months have been busy but yet full of fun!! jake started school back up at the U and he is still working at Performance West Physical Therapy keeping busy and working hard! love him for doing that for us! and i have just been keeping busy at the salon still. i have got to make a few trips to idaho for different occasions, a my best friends wedding, just for fun with bre and rob, and it so happened to be shanny's sadies dance that weekend, and for my cousin josh's farewell. its been fun getting to see my family a lot more than usual.

For Halloween we were up in Twin Falls for a farewell and it was way fun seeing my extended family and catching up with my cousins that i haven't seen in so long. Also for halloween we went to his parents house that night and had Papa Murphy's pizza and watch scary movies! it was fun getting to see all the cute trick or treaters all dressed up! I got to go to Thriller the dance show production up at the U with my old roomies! it was so fun to have a girls night and to catch up with everyone! its crazy to me how we can not see each other for over a year and still act like nothing has changed between us! i love it! Thriller was AWESOME! i got to go twice this year! once with the girls and then with Jake's family! it was fun to go with them also since we went last year with them too! kind of a fun new tradition! whoever has not seen thriller needs to go and see it next year! its so fun!!

I'm so excited its November its the month of mine and Jake's anniversary! I'm so excited to get to go away with him for a weekend i cant wait!! i also cant believe that its the holiday season! i just love this time of year its always stressful but fun! everyone seems so happy! well i will be posting more after our anniversary weekend and thanksgiving! Happy Holidays!

Fun Under The Sun on 4th of July Weekend

Bbqs, movies, fireworks and good times... 4th of July weekend was so much fun, with so much going on it was hard to try and get some free time. On saturday we both had to work but jakes best friend brennen got married that day so we went to his luncheon to see him and say congrats. it was so much fun to see him and catch up with all of our friends it really makes us really realize sometimes how much we miss it down in provo, but it was still fun to see everyone.
That night we went with jakes family to watch fireworks and ended up leaving early to get ice cream and then hanging out which to me was the most fun. Sunday was a usual sunday, sunday dinner with jakes family and we had a bon fire and roasted mallows! Monday was jakes birthday we had a breakfast with jakes moms side of the family, it was fun catching up with everyone. Then we went and saw TRANSFORMERS! which is legit! seriously best movie for the summer! go see it you would love it! but then after that we celebrated jakes birthday how he wanted good old fashioned bbq with burgers and the works. it was yummy! jake got exactly what he wanted for his big 24 birthday, golf clubs hes hoping to get to go more and more now. the rest of the night we played badmitten and watched all the fireworks around the neighborhood. i swear fireworks are so stinking expensive so it was fun to enjoy everyone elses fireworks haha . all in all it was an awesome weekend i loved spending time with jake since we never see each other im so excited for even more upcoming events!
